The saga of Vincenzo's Pizza is one of passion, destiny, and the relentless pursuit of perfection.

A young man from Pittsburgh fell in love with a family's hand-tossed pizza, then talked them into teaching him a recipe they'd guarded for generations. In 1979 he brought it to Newhall and opened just three days a week. The lines formed fast, and 47 years later we're still in the same spot, making every pizza the same way by hand.
